What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, 8-12+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Mission Solutions Lead in Defense technology, EW, SIGINT, ISR, RF sensing, or adjacent domains, Proven ability to engage with military operators, acquisition personnel, and defense industry stakeholders, understanding of defense acquisition cycles, user needs discovery, and product-market fit challenges in defense, Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills, Comfortable working in a fast-paced, uncertain, and agile environment, Technical familiarity with RF systems, sensors, embedded systems, or tactical UAS, Deep sense of ownership—you think in terms of outcomes, not just features, and hold yourself accountable for your product’s performance in the market, Experience serving as a product evangelist or spokesperson, internally and externally, analytical skills with a data-informed approach to decision-making, Technical fluency and an ability to collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional partners, Customer-obsessed mindset—you advocate for the user while balancing business goals, Passion for building great products and the tenacity to see them succeed, Requires frequent travel to customer locations, OEM partners, tradeshows, events, etc., Active U. S. Government SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain one within 15 months of hire, Must be a U. S. Citizen due to clients under U. S. government contracts, All employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check and drug test

RF signal detection, geolocation or jamming systems, Software-defined radio (SDR) platforms, Mesh networking / MANET systems, DSP algorithms and signal processing, Experience supporting DoD or defense programs, Familiarity with acquisition pathways (OTA, IDIQ, FAR/DFARS)
