This role is critical to elevating the quality, usability, and visual excellence of enterprise digital products while ensuring consistency across the brand ecosystem. The Principal Product Designer will translate product, brand, and experience strategy into best-in-class digital experiences through exceptional design craft and product thinking. As a senior individual contributor, this role blends hands-on design execution, visual and UX leadership, and mentorship, partnering closely with Design Directors, Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure EWI experiences reflect company standards for trust, clarity, accessibility, and compliance in a highly regulated global environment.
