Must Have

8–12 years’ experience in technology consulting or digital transformation within an enterprise SaaS or financial services environment. Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects involving senior-level stakeholder engagement. Demonstrated success collaborating cross-functionally with product and engineering leaders. Grasp of product concepts, technical architectures, data structures, and system integrations. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.

Nice to Have

Educational background in engineering, computer science, information systems, or quantitative disciplines.
