What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 10+ years of Lean Continuous Improvement experience, Experience influencing senior executives, Demonstrated success leading large-scale cross-functional programs
Nice to Have
Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, 6+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership, Project management certification, Experience building executive education programs, Experience integrating automation, AI, or digital tools
