What They're Looking For.

Must Have

12-15 years of related experience, Bachelors or MS degree in Computer Science or Computer/Electrical Engineering, Proven experience in a Presales Solution Architect, services solutioning, or consulting role, preferably at a senior or principal level, Demonstrated experience supporting professional services sales, including SKU-based services and custom Statements of Work, technical knowledge of Aruba networking technologies, Aruba certification at Associate level minimum

Nice to Have

Professional level or higher Aruba certification strongly preferred (ACSA, ACSP, ACMP, ACCP, or equivalent), Experience developing Statements of Work, effort estimates, and services cost models, commercial awareness and understanding of services packaging and positioning, Ability to work effectively with remote teams in a global presales and delivery environment, communication and organisational skills, Detail-oriented and able to support multiple concurrent opportunities

Drive services attach to product opportunities

Position High Touch Services

Provide guidance on services SKUs selection

Support pipeline development

Increase services attach rates

Educate sales teams on Aruba services

Develop services proposals

Develop custom Statements of Work

Build Work Breakdown Structures

Contribute to RFIs and RFPs

Prepare services proposals

Align proposed services with delivery capability

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work closely with Aruba sales teams; Work closely with delivery teams; Maintain working relationships with Aruba sales, presales, and services delivery teams; Work effectively with remote teams in a global presales and delivery environment
