Overview: The Principal Data Analyst is responsible for developing scalable solutions that use the findings of complex operational data analytics that support the automation and operational needs of the various teams. Will work closely with the managers of these teams to gain understanding of their needs/requests and perform analytics to develop solutions that will support the various custom, ad-hoc in nature, and recurring business and client requirements. This role will also be responsible for training/mentoring more junior analysts, leading projects that require multiple team members, and help in defining official operational policies for the various teams they work with. Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the development of working solutions to custom client requirements and data services automation requirements, keeping in mind product capabilities, scope limitations, and the impact on integrated products employing SQL Server built in features and analytical methods.
