What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years configurable SaaS solutions, 5+ years IT client-facing role, Over 5 years experience as Senior Configuration Analyst or 5-8 years as Business or Systems Analyst for SaaS software solutions, Experience with INSTANDA or similar SaaS competitor, Proven experience with SaaS-based products, Highly proficient in Excel, Experience with third-party integrations, Conceptual understanding of UI/UX design, Proven ability to manage competing deadlines, Proven ability to be organised and prioritize, Proven ability to write business requirements, Proficiency in drafting comprehensive design documents, Demonstrated ability to employ logical reasoning, Experience working with insurance clients
Nice to Have
Degree in Actuarial Analysis, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field, Experience with insurance product design, Experience with e-trading, Experience with Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) guidelines, Stakeholder management experience, Workshop facilitation experience
What You'll Do.

Support design and development of integrations
Offer pre-sales support
Oversee configuration of demos
Contribute to project scoping
Contribute to ROM estimates
Participate in design workshops
Participate in discovery workshops
Support Business Analysts
Analyze client documentation
Define solutions to complex requirements
Configure proof-of-concept demonstrations
Collaborate with client delivery teams
Collaborate with engineering teams
Support design of new functionalities
Support approval of new functionalities
Work closely with Learning & Development team
Develop training initiatives
Deliver training initiatives
Adopt proactive approach to troubleshooting
Aid Product Engineering teams
Adhere to information security policies
Contribute to security awareness culture
