What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Minimum 12 years' professional experience in consulting and the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry, Commitment to and experience within the life sciences and/or healthcare space, Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, developing people, and delivering high impact client engagements, Proven ability to build lasting client relationships, Both Polish and English are required
Nice to Have
Graduate degree or MBA advantageous
