What They're Looking For.
Must Have
12+ years of progressive HR experience, Significant time spent supporting VP, SVP, and C-level leaders, Demonstrated experience partnering directly with a CFO, General Counsel or equivalent ELT leader, Background supporting Finance, Legal or broader G&A organizations in technology environments, Proven ability to operate at a staff-plus or principal level, Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, Deep expertise in organizational design, Deep expertise in leadership coaching, Deep expertise in succession planning, Deep expertise in navigating organizational conflict, Business acumen, Financial acumen, Data acumen, Ability to operate independently in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, Balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, Experience in high-growth companies, Proven ability to influence and build trust with senior leaders

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner directly with CFO and General Counsel; Work with senior Finance and Legal leaders; Partner with G&A People Partner leadership team; Collaborate with People Centers of Excellence; Contribute to cross-functional initiatives; Collaborate with COEs and regional HR teams
Communication Scope
Exceptional executive presence and communication skills; Ability to deliver crisp, persuasive, data-backed recommendations; Build concise, compelling narratives and presentations
Process & Methodology
Lead complex, high-impact initiatives, Own and drive enterprise-level initiatives, Navigate ambiguity, Influence outcomes without reliance on heavy process
