What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 5 yrs HR or People Partner experience, foundation in employee relations and manager coaching, Experience supporting multi-site or growing organizations, Ability to manage competing priorities with sound judgment and empathy, Experience in fast-paced or scaling environments, Exposure to global or regional HR support, Work Authorization: legally authorized to work in the United States

What You'll Do.
Support the Sales organization as a People Experience Partner
Partner with Sales managers on day-to-day people matters
and complex matters to the Director of Human Resources
Coach managers on people practices
and effective team leadership
Act as the local site lead for the Houston
Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle
Act as an employee advocate while balancing business needs and organizational policies
Reinforce company values and foster an inclusive
respectful workplace culture
Support performance management cycles
and development planning
Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring needs
and workforce planning
Identify talent risks and opportunities
Ensure people practices align with company policies and employment laws
Partner closely with People Services / HR Operations to execute people processes accurately and efficiently
Maintain accurate documentation and leverage data to inform people decisions
Collaborate with People Experience Partners
Support initiatives driven by the People Experience leadership team
