Full Job Description

NVIDIA has continuously reinvented itself over two decades. Our invention of the GPU in 1999 sparked the growth of the PC gaming market, redefined modern computer graphics, and revolutionised parallel computing — with the GPU acting as the brains of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can perceive and understand the world. Today, we are increasingly known as “the AI computing company.” We're looking to grow our company and build our teams with the smartest people in the world. We're seeking an experienced Printed Circuits Board Assembly (PCBA) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. As a seasoned professional with a strong background in material Surface Mount Technology (SMT), materials science, and engineering, you will provide expert guidance and support to our engineering team and Contract Manufacturers (CM). **What you’ll be doing:** * Lead research, development and implementation of Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) Technology Development and complex Design of Experiments (DOE) at Contract Manufacturers (CM) located across Asia. * Lead research and development of new PCBA technologies, interconnect technologies, and materials required for new products, product performance improvements, and cost reductions, ahead of engineering demand. * Own the development of PCBA technology and material roadmaps based on engineering requirements and next-generation product needs. * Lead engagement with the PCBA CM base to ensure capability and readiness to meet roadmap requirements and qualify CMs for new technologies and materials. * Work with CMs to define, procure and implement equipment to support new technology requirements. * Experienced with Manufacturing Operations, New Product Introductions (NPI), Design for Manufacturability and Reliability (DFx) and Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) . * Ability to speak fluent Mandarin, Cantonese and Vietnamese preferred. * Domestic and international travel up to 40% in Asia is required. **What we need to see:

How to Apply on Workday

  • Workday has a multi-step form — save your progress after every section.
  • "Apply With LinkedIn" can fail or lose data; manual entry is more reliable.
  • Watch for the "Submit for Review" final step — hitting "Save" alone does not submit.
  • Job requisition numbers are useful when following up with HR by email.
