The AWS Partner COE Technology team is looking for an Initiatives Lead to drive high-priority strategic programs across our ISV partner portfolio. This role owns the end-to-end execution of cross-functional initiatives that accelerate partner adoption of AWS services, grow partner-influenced revenue, and deliver measurable outcomes for AWS customers. You will operate at the intersection of partner development, product teams, sales, and marketing to design and launch mechanisms that scale. You are equal parts strategist, operator, and program leader. You thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and hold a high bar for execution quality. Key job responsibilities - Own and drive strategic initiatives across the Tech COE organization, from scoping through execution and measurement - Build and maintain mechanisms (reporting cadences, dashboards, escalation paths) that ensure initiative health and accountability - Author narratives, business cases, and program updates for senior leadership (VP/SVP level) - Coordinate across geo sales leaders (NAMER, EMEA, APJ, AWSI) to drive consistent execution of global programs - Partner with product, engineering, and GTM teams to translate partner needs into actionable workstreams - Identify blockers, resolve dependencies, and escalate with precision - Track and report input/output metrics, translating operational data into strategic insights - Design enablement programs that drive seller and partner adoption of new initiatives About the team About the Team AWS Partner COE Technology drives strategy and execution for AWS's most strategic ISV partnerships.
