Master’s Degree, optics fabrication and/or metrology development, Metrology experience with complex Fizeau interferometer setups, Hands-on optical test experience, ZeMax, Python, and/or Matlab fluency

Fabricate machined ceramic
Fabricate glass components
Coordinate new product release
Estimate manufacturing cost
Determine time standards
Recommend process requirements
Maintain reporting systems
Lead brainstorming sessions
Lead cross-departmental meetings
Apply lessons learned
Develop design criteria
Develop process criteria
