We are seeking a Principal Operations Engineer to join the IGA Cork team, where you will support the 24/7 operation of Lilly’s Identity Governance platforms — executing incident management, change management, and problem resolution while collaborating with the Operations Manager, Service Leads, and Technical Leads to maintain compliance and drive operational excellence. This role includes participation in a structured on-call rotation covering the weekends and country holidays, to support our ‘follow the sun’ model across Cork, Kuala Lumpur and the U.S. IAM teams. Team members will work two 12-hour weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) every 4–6 weeks on a rotating schedule.
