What You’ll Do: CoreWeave is scaling a portfolio of mission-critical data center infrastructure to support the performance, reliability, and speed required for AI and high-performance computing workloads. Our teams partner across design, construction, commissioning, networking, and operations to bring new capacity online safely and at scale. The Principal Operational Readiness Engineer will serve as a senior technical leader responsible for stabilizing and driving execution of complex data center projects across CoreWeave’s infrastructure portfolio. About the role: This role is focused on design compliance, operational readiness, and cross-functional coordination across all phases of design, construction, commissioning, fit-out, and operational handoff. The Principal Operational Readiness Engineer will perform deep operational and technical reviews of projects to identify gaps in process execution, design validation, construction coordination, turnover readiness, and quality assurance practices. You will evaluate whether critical infrastructure systems, construction activities, commissioning efforts, and operational handoff procedures are being executed in accordance with project requirements, standards, and best practices. This individual must be comfortable rapidly assessing current-state execution, identifying risk, and driving actionable mitigation and recovery plans to resolution.
