Job Summary: The Principal Omni Planner plays a key role in providing planning and supply chain operations analytics. Integrates into the business locally with key business partners to become a regional expert across the supply chain. Drives scenario planning and trend analysis and provides recommendations to senior leadership to support the company in focusing on the consumer, supporting brand growth, and achieving profitability. Responsibilities: Drives business results and outcomes focused on region, brand, and channel providing multi-disciplined analytics, business process changes, and recommendations for KPI improvement. Provides scenario planning and trend analysis to determine how key KPIs are tracking to goals. Leverages and navigates needs between regional and global topics. Develops and manages financial updates for monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables. Provides leadership in translating metrics and tools for key stakeholders across the organization. Creates dashboards to visually present metrics and key KPIs and uses storytelling to highlight key takeaways and action items across regions, brands, and channels. Possesses a strong understanding of key Integrated Business Planning processes and data with ability to bridge and directly work with technical development teams to build long-term solutions and support strategic initiatives. Leads cross-functional projects across the business to effectively drive change in service, cost, and inventory. Possesses a thorough understanding of the up-stream and the down-stream processes and high-level systems flow in order to determine the impact of process changes. Provides leadership in determining gaps and opportunities in the effectiveness of regional and/or global planning and operations systems and processes. 5% Performs other duties as assigned.
