Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related discipline (or equivalent experience), 12+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management or supplier relationship management, Experience working with contract manufacturing organisations and outsourced operations, understanding of multi-tier supply chain structures and supplier ecosystems, Proven experience in procurement strategy development, supplier performance management and contract negotiation, analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, Ability to manage complex, cross-functional and global/matrix stakeholder environments, Experience working in GMP-regulated environments (OTC, healthcare, FMCG)

Nice to Have

This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies for managing **N‑tier suppliers** within the contract manufacturing ecosystem. It ensures strong alignment between **Global Material Category strategies** and **regional/global Contract Manufacturing Organisation (CMO) procurement strategies** , driving value across the extended supply chain.
