Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related discipline (or equivalent experience), 12+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management or supplier relationship management, Experience working with contract manufacturing organisations and outsourced operations, understanding of multi-tier supply chain structures and supplier ecosystems, Proven experience in procurement strategy development, supplier performance management and contract negotiation, analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, Ability to manage complex, cross-functional and global/matrix stakeholder environments, Experience working in GMP-regulated environments (OTC, healthcare, FMCG)
Nice to Have
Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement or a related field, understanding of sustainability, ESG and responsible sourcing practices, Demonstrated success balancing cost, quality, service and risk across extended supply chains, Strategic thinker with execution capability and a results-oriented mindset, Comfortable operating in ambiguity with agility and adaptability to changing priorities, Collaborative and inclusive leadership style with relationship-building capability, Passion for quality, innovation, operational excellence and sustainability
