MSEE or Equivalent, 10+ years of relevant experience, Expertise in Highly Linear Amplifiers, Expertise in Bias blocks, Expertise in Switches, Expertise in DFX, Expertise in Digital I/O, Expertise in LDO’s, Expertise in ADCs, Expertise in DACs, Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, Team working experience, Proactive approach to problem-solving, Demonstrated success in designing products, Demonstrated success in leading products, Demonstrated success in introducing products, Technical leadership, Extensive experience with Cadence design tools, Advanced knowledge of Cadence simulation tools, Advanced knowledge of Cadence layout tools, Advanced knowledge of Cadence verification tools, Solid understanding of semiconductor basics, Intuitive and analytical understanding of transistor-level design, Good working knowledge of CMOS device models, Extensive circuit analysis skills, Experience characterizing mixed-signal designs, Experience debugging mixed-signal designs, Good intuition of package parasitics, Good intuition of layout parasitics, Experience in extracted simulations
