What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Pharmacist or nurse professional degree, At least 5 years of hospital pharmacy or nursing experience, Demonstrated understanding or experience using smart infusion pumps, Experience with literature review and interpretation, Experience presenting medical education, Experience in reporting adverse events, Basic knowledge of biostatistics and trial design, Ability to work independently and within groups, Must have presentation skills, Minimum of 70% national travel
Nice to Have
Knowledge of smart pump implementation and troubleshooting, Oncology or critical care nursing, Knowledge of medication safety principles, Industry experience, Board certification in pharmacy practice, Additional medication safety credential/fellowship, PGY-2 in medication safety
What You'll Do.
Establish and maintain scientific peer-to-peer relationships with KOLs
Partner with KOLs on scientific projects
Present balanced scientific data
Craft sophisticated educational forums
Provide scientific support in development of clinical publications
Attend and provide scientific support at medical conferences
Support advisory boards
Support clinical investigator meetings
Support educational forums
Organize and chair roundtable meetings
Organize and chair educational meetings
Identify and communicate new scientific findings
Identify and communicate opportunities impacting portfolio
Identify and communicate threats impacting portfolio
Provide medical and scientific support of health outcomes
Provide medical and scientific support of real-world evidence
Provide medical and scientific support of payer/provider engagements
Collaborate with business partners to develop strategic plans
Collaborate with business partners to develop medical affairs
Support management of grants
Act as primary liaison to investigators for IIR
Provide Medical support to Regulatory Affairs
Provide Medical support to Quality
Provide Medical support to Medical Information
Provide Medical support to Health Economics and Outcomes
