Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, 8+ years of experience, Platform-level mechanical design experience, System integration experience, Integrating mechanical subsystems, Integrating mission systems, Integrating into vehicles, Integrating into mobile platforms, Integrating into fixed installations, Proficiency with CAD tools, Solid understanding of mechanical interfaces, Solid understanding of tolerancing, Solid understanding of alignment, Solid understanding of installation practices, Solid understanding of ICDs, Familiarity with structural analysis methods, Familiarity with ruggedized military hardware, Familiarity with environmental qualification, Interpreting military standards, Applying military standards, MIL-STD-810 experience, Lead technical decisions, Resolve complex integration challenges, Operate in multi-project environments, Obtain security clearance
