Must Have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field, Minimum 15 years of medical device experience, Proven experience in the development and application of medical devices, Experience developing products compliant with safety standards and regulatory requirements for medical devices, Hands-on engineering experience, Ability to communicate effectively (written, oral) across all levels and organizations

well regarded in the industry or academia as a subject matter expert, Desire to learn and get to the bottom of complex and challenging engineering problems, Proven expertise and desire to coach engineers to share knowledge and impart best practice
