Direct the integration of R&D outputs into the core delivery lifecycle
ensure AI-native engineering becomes the firm's operational standard
Audit and optimize the enterprise value chain by identifying high-impact AI interventions
eliminate manual bottlenecks
Act as the central sync-point for AI Champions
ensure local innovations are captured
Ensure all Applied R&D outputs and Champion initiatives align strictly with corporate strategic goals
Own the AI innovation backlog
balance demands of corporate functional heads with technical milestones
prioritizing based on business impact
Manage the 'last mile' of AI adoption
own the transition of successful prototypes into industrialized
Act as the internal evangelist for AI-native transformation
manage the cultural shift required for teams to trust and adopt non-deterministic
Define and track KPIs for AI adoption and efficiency gains
report on 'Time Saved' and 'Value Added' to the executive leadership team
