Must Have
Advanced graduate degree (MSc, MBA, PhD) in Economics, Business, Engineering or a related field, 8–15 years of experience in the Dutch energy sector, advisory track record or working experience in energy companies, developers, public sector and/or grid operators in areas such as strategy, market analysis, financial analysis, policy, power market design and/or M&A and transaction services, Commercial and strategic mindset, leadership and collaboration skills, Fluent in Dutch and English
Nice to Have
experience leading teams and developing colleagues in a consulting or energy-sector environment
