Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Adult Learning principles, or related strategic field, Proven track record of partnering with C-suite and senior business leaders on strategic initiatives related to AI tools, adoption, and impacts of AI., Demonstrated experience translating business strategy into learning solutions with measurable impact, business acumen with ability to understand market dynamics, competitive landscape, and organizational strategy, Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders across the organization, Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive organizational change, Mastery of adult learning principles, instructional design, and performance improvement methodologies, Ability to define learning measurement strategy and make changes based on the data, Proficiency with AI-powered content creation tools, learning authoring platforms (e. g. , Articulate 360, Mindsmith), and emerging AI learning technologies, Experience leveraging artificial intelligence for content development, personalization, and learning optimization, Proficiency with advanced learning technologies, LMS platforms, and learning analytics tools, Knowledge of industry best practices in talent development and organizational learning

providing strategic insights and recommendations to drive business performance.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify critical capability gaps and develop learning roadmap for AI literacy

that supports long-term business objectives.
