Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field, 12+ years of IT experience, Agile/Scrum delivery experience, Project/program management exposure, Experience working with PLM systems, Experience working with enterprise system integrations, Proven experience in Scrum Master role, Proven experience managing multiple workstreams, Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders, Proven communication skills, Proven facilitation skills, Proven problem-solving skills, Experience leading distributed/offshore teams
Nice to Have
Windchill experience preferred, ThingWorx experience preferred

This role combines Scrum Master responsibilities with project leadership, ensuring effective Agile practices, team coordination, and successful delivery of solutions aligned with business and technical objectives.
