What You'll Do.
Advise and consult management on establishing processes and control frameworks for managing risks in key areas (regulatory
and financial reporting)
Provide expertise and benchmarking for the company's internal control implementation and maintenance
Understand the risk and control environment related to the company's key end-to-end processes and design risk control registers and audit universes
propose improvement measures
and implement follow-up processes until defects are resolved
Propose appropriate methodologies and techniques for company process improvement
Support annual internal audit plan by conducting annual risk assessments
Review audit plans with the global internal audit team
Coupang Financial CEO
and the Audit Committee
and obtain necessary approvals
Collaborate closely with company leaders to review audit findings
and discuss new trends or concerns
Regularly report on the progress and results of the audit plan to the Coupang Financial CEO and the Audit Committee
Deploy audit processes and tools to identify and appropriately assess risks and controls in a timely manner
in accordance with global internal audit team guidelines
Secure adequate audit resources
Provide coaching and mentoring to audit team members and other audit-related personnel
Coordinate and communicate with Coupang Financial's external auditors or regulatory auditors regarding internal audit work
