As a Principal Integrations Developer on the People Systems team, you'll design, build, and maintain the integrations that connect our people systems — ensuring seamless, secure, and scalable data flow across our global ecosystem as Snowflake continues to grow. This is a hybrid role based in our Dublin, CA or Menlo Park, CA offices with 3 days a week in-office attendance required. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations using technologies such as Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST) - Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions - Provide production support for integrations, including monitoring, troubleshooting failures, performing root cause analysis, and implementing fixes - Develop and maintain inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, finance, IT systems) - Design, build, and maintain integrations between Workday and our own instance of Snowflake to enable scalable people data pipelines, reporting, and advanced analytics - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, a
