Must Have
13–20+ years of experience in Business Development, Consulting, Account Management, Partner Marketing, or other commercial roles, Proven experience leading cross-functional projects with ownership, communication and negotiation skills with brand or partner stakeholders, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment, Fluent-level Japanese
Nice to Have
Experience in F&B, retail, delivery/marketplace platforms, or digital marketing, Understanding of Ads products, performance metrics, and co-funding models, Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable commercial results, English proficiency
