What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or other related fields, 10+ years of HR leadership experience within global, matrix environments

Demonstrated achievements in coaching, influencing and problem solving with various levels of leadership, Broad experience and specific knowledge of organizational design, talent management, employee relations, compensation, employee engagement, learning, and performance management, High judgment, ownership, and demonstrated ability to deliver results, The ability to think strategically, and dive deep when needed to maintain high standards and drive results, Data driven with analytical skills and the ability to create the right people metrics and influence with data, Demonstrated ability to hire and develop great people, listening skills and the ability to earn trust and communicate effectively, Experience working in Global team environment with multiple time zones
