Must Have
Minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources, Analytical and communication skills, Ability to independently resolve complex employee relations issues, Ability to foster a positive organizational culture, Ability to enhance employee motivation, Ability to influence stakeholders across the organization, Capable of collaborating effectively with other HR teams, Proficiency in English communication (able to participate in meetings and deliver presentations)
