Update HR processing system transactions
Answer Sales Force inquiries
Manage Sales Force work
Ensure documentation accuracy
Ensure system update accuracy
Meet regulatory requirements
Provide exceptional associate experience
Implement process improvements
Drive compliance adherence
Drive associate experience
Perform leave management audits
Provide information to associates
Guide associates on leave options
Document Leave in HR systems
Prioritize vendor work
Fulfill ad hoc HR requests
Ensure accurate data entry
Enter Associate information
Enter vendor information
Triage Associate inquiries
Route Associate inquiries
Monitor Leave administration
Monitor Accommodation benefits
Communicate policy issues
Communicate pay issues
Partner with associates on leave
Monitor vendor administration
