Must Have
10+ years design/implementation/consulting experience of distributed applications, 7+ years management of technical, customer facing resources, 7+ years of design/implementation of production AI/ML systems and MLOps pipelines, Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art data and ML frameworks, Technical familiarity with LLMs/FMs, Technical familiarity with RAG, Technical familiarity with prompt engineering techniques
Nice to Have
History of successful technical consulting or architecture engagements, Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud, Familiarity with common enterprise services, Presentation skills with high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and developers, Written communication skills, Working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies, Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries, AWS Solution Architecture certification or relevant cloud expertise, Computer Science /relevant degree and/or experience highly desired

WWSO teams include business development, specialist and technical solutions architecture. As part of WWSO, you'll provide expertise across the entire life cycle of an AWS customer initiative, from developing ideas for new services to accelerating the adoption of established businesses. Key job responsibilities - Represent the voice of the customer; collaborate with field and central teams to bring customer feedback to product teams.
