Significant experience leading full-cycle recruiting for GTM, marketing, or commercial organizations, Experience hiring across multiple marketing disciplines and seniority levels, executive presence and ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders, Demonstrated ability to operate independently in fast-moving and high-growth environments, Experience managing or leading recruiting teams, projects, or recruiting functions, sourcing and talent assessment capabilities, Ability to balance recruiting execution with longer-term systems and process thinking, judgment, prioritization, and communication skills, Experience managing competing hiring priorities while maintaining quality and candidate experience, Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams

Lead full-cycle recruiting across GTM and marketing functions
Partner directly with senior leaders to translate hiring plans
Build and manage high-priority searches
Develop relationships with hiring managers
Drive talent calibration and candidate evaluation
Design and improve recruiting processes
Partner with recruiting leadership on capacity planning
Build sourcing strategies and pipelines
Improve recruiting leverage by creating repeatable systems
Influence hiring decisions through data
Help shape the long-term recruiting infrastructure
