Willingness to travel and collaborate directly with partner studios across Europe

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

10+ years of experience in game development, 3+ years in a creative senior leadership role, such as Lead Designer, Creative Director, Game Director, or equivalent, 2+ shipped AAA PC and Console shooter or action games, experience on at least one shipped online, multiplayer, or live-service title, Deep understanding of multiplayer systems design across PvP, PvE, and co-op, knowledge of game economies and monetization models, including free-to-play, battle passes, and live-service content strategies, Proven ability to operate at both strategic vision level and hands-on execution level, communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multidisciplinary teams and senior leadership, Ability to give clear creative direction while balancing player experience, production realities, and business goals, Ability to provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback without becoming overly abstract or theoretical
