Full Job Description

Solid experience with A/B testing, causal inference, and experimentation design. Strong background in applied statistics; experience with Bayesian methods is a plus. Expert proficiency in SQL and Python for data exploration and analysis. Excellent communication skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders. Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated experience working with visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar. Experience mentoring or leading other analysts is a big plus.
