Responsibilities Own end-to-end design of fund flows including fiat deposits, withdrawals, refunds, channel settlement and clearing cycles, and fund mapping across internal ledger, channel statements, and clearing accounts Abstract complex, fragmented fund logic into standardised workflows, rule-based engines, and configurable reusable product capabilities Design and build the company-level reconciliation product system covering internal vs channel reconciliation, transaction/fund/balance reconciliation, state machines, exception detection and routing, and SLA management Drive continuous improvement in auto-reconciliation rates, reduction of manual intervention, and shorter settlement cycles; support monthly closing, audit requirements, and management-level fund reporting Work closely with Engineering, Finance, Risk
