12+ years tax, finance or related analytical field experience, 7+ years finance technology, forecast & budgeting experience, 8+ years dissecting financial data and identifying patterns, 8+ years spearheading strategic cross-functional initiatives, Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or highly analytical field, Experience with Tableau, Python, SQB, Quicksight, Cognos or other BI packages
Nice to Have
MBA or CPA, Leadership position managing finance, accounting and operational processes
What You'll Do.
Own Robotics Software and AI Development P&L
Manage CapEx/OpEx and margin performance
Lead long-range planning frameworks
Build financial models with minimal guidance
Communicate insights to drive improvements
Serve as primary finance advisor
Translate AI research into financial implications
Partner with Engineering and Operations teams
Influence capital allocation decisions
Design durable financial mechanisms
Develop capital governance frameworks
Establish investment review models
Create cost transparency
Establish repeatable evaluation processes
Provide decision support through financial modeling
Analyze trends across robotics AI program
Develop metrics reporting and audit mechanisms
Implement governance and early warning systems
Develop deep fluency in robotics software and AI
Evaluate capital-intensive technology investments
Translate complex robotics AI programs into financial frameworks
Build and lead a high-performing finance team
and develop finance team members
Mentor team members in robotics AI finance
Develop next generation of finance leaders
