What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10 or more years of recruiting experience, Significant executive search experience, Demonstrated success recruiting Directors, Vice Presidents, C-Suite leaders, Practice Leaders, or other senior executives, Experience building executive talent communities, Experience building long-term leadership pipelines, Executive presence, Relationship building capabilities, Experience partnering directly with executive leadership teams, Exceptional sourcing skills, Exceptional talent mapping skills, Exceptional market intelligence skills, Ability to travel approximately 10 to 20 percent annually

Attend industry events
Plan quarterly talent engagement event
