Must Have

10+ years of experience in full-life cycle executive recruitment, successful track record of sourcing and closing VP level searches, Deep expertise in executive search methodologies, sophisticated assessment tools, recruitment technologies, Ability to cultivate relationships and build trust with executive candidates and Blue Origin leaders, Experience serving as a talent advisor to senior leaders, ability to influence at the executive level, Fluent with talent platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Recruiting CRM’s, market analytics tools, Excel, PowerPoint, Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
