What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 3 years of events management experience within the financial services industry
Nice to Have
Master's degree, Experience planning international events, Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification(s)
What You'll Do.
architect and maintain comprehensive project defining critical paths
identifying dependencies

and direct execution of all logistical workstreams
lead the RFP process for venue selection and vendor partnerships
track multi-stream budgets
manage complex invoicing cycles
and ensuring seamless payment processing
provide expert on-site management of venues and third-party vendors
develop and deploy pre- and post-event communication plans
architect the end-to-end attendee journey via Cvent
