8+ years designing, building, and commissioning custom capital equipment, Proven track developing first-of-kind equipment, Hands-on experience with FAT, SAT, and equipment qualification, Proven ability to build, test, and troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical assemblies, Working knowledge of 5S principles, Working knowledge of design review processes, Working knowledge of hazard analysis, Working knowledge of engineering controls
