What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Salesforce Manufacturing domain, CPQ (Minimum 3-4 project execution), 10+ years in Salesforce architecture, 5+ years in a lead/architect role, Deep expertise in Manufacturing Cloud, Salesforce CPQ/RCA, B2B Commerce (3-5 years’ experience), Apex, LWC, SOQL, Integration (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft) skills, Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP (SAP, Oracle, Infor), OMS, commerce platforms, Proven track record delivering large-scale multi-cloud Salesforce projects, understanding of data modelling, performance optimization, security architecture, Excellent communication and leadership skills
Nice to Have
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Manufacturing Cloud Accredited Professional, Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist or Revenue Cloud Consultant, Salesforce B2B Commerce Developer/Administrator, Knowledge of Data Cloud, AI/Einstein, Tableau CRM for manufacturing analytics, Exposure to industry-specific templates and accelerators for manufacturing, Experience with global deployments, multi-language/multi-currency implementations, Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud, RCA (Minimum 5-6 months)
