Represent product quality as Sustaining Program Manager
Ensure alignment with quality and reliability goals
Accountable for product quality and reliability
Drive activities to meet quality & reliability expectations
Lead resolution of quality-related issues
Communicate quality excursions to executive management
Lead Stop Ship and Quality Alert Critical processes
Drive closure through risk assessment
Drive closure through containment actions
Drive closure through 8D root cause analysis
Drive closure through CAPA
Drive closure through lessons learned
Collaborate with NPI counterparts for seamless product transition
and regulatory requirements
Participate in new product kick-off reviews
Participate in Manufacturing Readiness Reviews
Coordinate with other QAPMs to share lessons learned
Support continuous process improvement across programs

As a member of the SSD Quality & Reliability Engineering team, you will leverage your expertise in project and program management, risk management, conflict resolution and quality standards & best practices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and engage with key stakeholders, including Program Management, Customer Management, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Engineering, to ensure the successful execution of quality and reliability initiatives.
