Represent product quality as Sustaining Program Manager
Ensure alignment with quality and reliability goals
Accountable for product quality and reliability
Drive activities to meet quality expectations
Lead resolution of quality-related issues
Communicate quality excursions to management
Lead Stop Ship and Quality Alert Critical processes
Coordinate with other QAPMs to share lessons learned
