Because doing so can fuel the very innovation we are pursuing. **Role Summary** The Principal Engineer provides technical leadership in wet process development, leading project‑level initiatives, guiding integration and transfer readiness, and establishing wet process roadmaps aligned to future NAND scaling requirements. Leads complex experiments and cross‑functional execution, delivering measurable results at department/site scope. Provides mentorship aligned to technical leadership expectations and strengthens documentation / SOP governance. **Main Responsibilities** **Process Development & Margin Improvement** * Lead project‑level initiatives focused on wet process development for NAND memory technology. * Carry out complex experiments and provide integration support to enable robust process windows and yield improvement. **Cross** ‑**functional Integration & Transfer** * Collaborate with multiple functions to facilitate technology transfer and assist in process ramp‑up activities. * Support corrective actions and fixing for process issues and ensure transfer readiness from R&D to manufacturing. **Innovation / Supplier Engagement** * Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, and advancements in wet processing and characterization to inform strategy. * Engage suppliers and stakeholders to mature process capability (e.g., vapor etch, wet strip, dry strip, selective chemical etching). **Monitoring, Control & Documentation (Governance)** * Maintain accurate records; prepare comprehensive technical reports; con
