As a Principal Engineer within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization, you will play a critical role in delivering complex, high-impact projects that support the manufacture of life-saving medical products worldwide. **Your Team** You will be part of the ISC ITT/Pharma Engineering team, based in Malta and supporting manufacturing sites across EMEA and APAC. The team leads product design, material change, and cost-optimization projects end-to-end, partnering closely with different functions. **Your Role & Impact** The role entails being accountable for delivering material and component cost reduction, supply resilience, and margin improvement through technical analysis, specification optimization, alternate sourcing, and cross-functional execution. The role partners closely with Procurement, R&D, Quality, Operations, and Suppliers to identify, validate, and implement cost optimization opportunities while maintaining product performance, regulatory compliance, and supply continuity. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify and evaluate total cost optimization opportunities across materials, components, and processes across ITP
