Must Have
Minimum Bachelor’s degree such as Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or others related Engineering disciplinary, Minimum working experience >5 years, oral and written communication skills, Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice to Have
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other analysis tool, Familiar with AutoCAD, Knowledge in LEAN & Six Sigma is added advantage

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Productivity improvement project: Lead in cost saving projects such as Productivity improvement, cycle time improvement, MMR improvement, etc. to meet company goals. * Capacity planning and analysis to meet the volume demand and maximize the plant utilization. * Maintain IE database and lead on the IE related system project. * Time study and time standards: Perform time study data collection and analysis, continuous improvement based on Lean concept. * Define production layout to ensure high efficiency and ergonomic for Lean operation. * Coordinate in tool relocation & re-layout activities. * Resources planning for DL & IDL based on production volume targets. * Carried out material flow & process flow analysis.
