Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of industrial automation solutions using Siemens WinCC OA, SCADA systems, and PLC platforms. Oversee end-to-end project delivery including requirements analysis, system design, integration, testing, commissioning, and validation. Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available OT architectures aligned with industry standards and best practices. Integrate multi-vendor PLC systems (Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider) with industrial communication protocols such as OPC UA, Modbus, Profinet, and Ethernet/IP. Develop, review, and optimize automation applications, scripts, and system integration components using Python, C++, or similar technologies. Conduct technical design reviews ensuring compliance with OT cybersecurity standards (ISA/IEC 62443) and industrial frameworks (ISA-88, ISA-95). Lead customer workshops, technical discussions, and solution presentations to align expectations and drive successful delivery outcomes. Mentor engineering teams, providing technical leadership, guidance, and support across complex automation initiatives. Troubleshoot and resolve complex system-level issues across SCADA, PLC, and OT infrastructure environments. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline. 11+ years of experience in industrial automation, SCADA systems, and OT/ICS engineering environments. Strong expertise in Siemens WinCC OA, SCADA platforms, and industrial automation system design. Hands-on experience with PLC programming and integration across Siemens S7/TIA, Rockwell, and Schneider systems. Deep knowledge of industrial communication protocols including OPC UA, Modbus, Profinet, and Ethernet/IP.
