REQUIREMENTS: * Total experience: 11+ years * Strong expertise in Siemens WinCC OA, SCADA, and Industrial Automation systems * Hands-on experience with PLC Programming and System Integration (Siemens S7/TIA, Rockwell, Schneider) * Strong knowledge of Industrial Communication Protocols (OPC UA, Modbus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP) * Experience with WinCC OA scripting, Python, C++, or similar programming languages * Good understanding of OT Networking, redundancy, and high-availability architectures * Knowledge of ISA-88, ISA-95, and OT Cybersecurity (ISA/IEC 62443) * Experience in automation project delivery including FAT, SAT, commissioning, and system validation * Strong customer-facing, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills * Preferred domain experience in Water & Wastewater, Chemicals, Process Industries, or Food & Beverage RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead the design and architecture of industrial automation solutions using WinCC OA, SCADA, and PLC platforms * Drive end-to-end project execution from requirements gathering through commissioning * Integrate and support multi-vendor PLC systems and industrial communication networks * Design scalable, secure, and highly available OT system architectures * Develop and review automation applications, scripting, and system integration solutions * Conduct technical design reviews and ensure compliance with engineering and cybersecurity standards * Lead customer workshops, solution discussions, and technical presentations * Troubleshoot complex automation and integration issues acro
